JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Office Coordinator, the Full-Time Guest Service Representative will have the following responsibilities: answering phones, greeting customers, fielding questions, process payments, and help to train new employees. Proficient in Microsoft Suite & willing to learn RecTrac registration software. This role will also offer support to all building supervisors by assisting with customer service-oriented transactions and communications and ensuring a professional and efficient experience for all parties involved. This is an at-will position.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Responsible and reliable person age 18+. High School degree or GED required with some college course work preferred. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public. Candidates should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Individuals must possess general office skills including filing, copying, general math skills, and strong computer skills. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Must be a responsible and reliable person. Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and the ability to maintain discretion regarding confidential matters. May be trained to handle membership inquiries and answer general membership questions. The successful candidate must be able to project a professional appearance.
